Welcome to Stager's Choice Furniture Rental - The Furniture Rental Process.
Step by Step:  How to Rent Furniture From Stager's Choice:

Note: This process if for professional stagers only. If you are not a professional stager, please click here for more information about our Staging Services.

  • Step #1:  Furniture/Accessory Selection:

    • How to Use Our Virtual Showroom:

      • Click here to visit our 'Virtual Showroom' in order to view our collection.
      • Use the filters (Vignette Selection, Room Selection, and Item Selection) at the top of the page to select which items you would like to view.
      • Sorry, we do not offer a showroom or access to our warehouse for 'hands on' viewing of our inventory.
      • Tip: Dimensions, descriptions and links to detail views are generally located in the text below each vignette photo.

    • Making a List of the Items You Like:

      • Try to use the 'Vignette Name' and the name of the item as it appears on our website
      • Think of other options as you peruse our Virtual Showroom as we are a small 'boutique' shop and not all items may be available when you need them.
      • Tip: If you list items by room, the quote will also show items by room, which makes your review of the quote much easier.
      • NOTE: If you cannot find exactly what you are looking for, give us a call at 415-710-0340 or 415-710-0341 and we can work with you to come up with other options - no one knows our inventory as well as we do!

  • Step #2:  Submitting your List to Stager's Choice for a Quote:

    • Submit your list of items to us for a complimentary, no obligations pricing quote:
      • by phone (415-710-0340 or 415-710-0341),
      • via e-mail (elle@stagerschoice.com or carla@stagerschoice.com), or
      • by fax (415-421-8074)
    • Include your delivery location, anticipated delivery date, and your phone number(s).
    • Please indicate any 'special' circumstances, i.e., how many stairs to the site? any narrow doorways? will anyone be living there during the staging? any pets?, etc.
    • Indicate how you would like to receive the quote (e-mail or fax)
    • NOTES: We DO NOT have a published price list; all pricing is done via quote. A one-time delivery/pickup fee will be included in the pricing for the first month's rental.

  • Step #3:  Getting a Stager's Choice Furniture Rental Quote:

    • Depending upon our schedule, quotes can usually be produced within 2 hours of request.
    • We will fax and/or e-mail the quote to you, whichever is most convenient.
    • Our quote will include a listing of (a) the items you have selected, (b) # of each, (c) price per item, (d) total line item price, (e) monthly total rental, (f) delivery/pickup one-time fee, (g) total initial month price, and (h) summary of terms and conditions.
    • Delivery/pickup fees vary depending upon location of delivery.
    • Note: all items quoted are subject to availability and Stager's Choice does not guaranty availability until lease commitment is made.

  • Step #4:  Committing to a Furniture Rental Lease Agreement:

    • Finalizing the Paperwork:

      • Just give us a call and we will fax and/or e-mail the entire Furniture Lease Agreement and Payment Authorization form to you.
      • The Furniture Lease Agreement must be signed and faxed to us (and initial payment made) at least 72 hours before delivery of furnishings.
      • NOTE: Because we are a small shop, we cannot guaranty delivery times or furniture availability until Lease is received and payment is processed.
      • Once payment and signed Lease Agreement is received, we will reserve your selections and schedule your delivery!

    • Payment and Terms of Furniture Rental:

      • Payments may be made by check, cash, Visa or MasterCard.
      • For Visa or MasterCard payments, we require a completely filled out and signed Payment Authorization Form that must also be processed 72 hours prior to delivery.
      • A homeowner's insurance policy or other means of insurance must be in place to cover the replacement value of any Stager's Choice furnishings if they are damaged on the premisis.
      • We have a one (1) month minimum rental term.
      • Leases extending beyond 1 month will be charged on the anniversary date of the lease start date. For partial months, we offer a 30-day proration. (call us for details).

  • Step #5:  Delivery and Setup of Furnishings:

    • In advance, we'll make arrangements with you to gain access to the premises.
    • Any carpet cleaning, painting, repairs, etc. should be completed, dry and not hazardous prior to the delivery date.
    • We will deliver and setup all leased furnishings and remove any packing material or debris associated with our delivery.
    • We require a signature on a 'Receipt for Leased Property' form to verify all items have been delivered and are in good condition.
    • Note: Although we always want to accommodate our clients, due to insurance issues, we will be unable to move any furniture or hang any pictures not provided by Stager's Choice.

  • Step #6:  Pickup of Furnishings:

    • Stager's Choice requires 7 days' advance notice to schedule pickup of furnishings. Lease payments will continue to be assessed until furnishings are picked up.
    • We will again make arrangements with you to gain access.
    • All furnishings provided by Stager's Choice will be removed.
