Too often, quality of furnishings and design concepts become secondary to sellers in an effort to keep costs down. This is absolutely NOT necessary. Unlike many other home interior stagers, we prefer to discuss budget constraints up front with our clients so that we may work together to determine the best staging strategy for your property. Our philosophy is to put design and quality FIRST and cut costs for our clients by concentrating our staging efforts more heavily on potentially awkward spaces and using the client's own furnishings whenever possible. Full-on staging of each and every room in a home is not always necessary and we can help you determine which rooms will need more enhancement and which rooms can simply stand on their own. In this way, we can meet almost any budget while maintaining high standards of style and quality.
